Rubrik Security Cloud (RSC) is undergoing scheduled database maintenance. The downtime will be approximately 1 hour within the specified maintenance window.
Customers should expect the following impact during the maintenance time period: - Users will be unable to log in to their RSC instance - RSC backup jobs will be skipped or missed including Microsoft 365 and other cloud-native workload backups. RSC backups with shorter SLA configurations (example 4 hours or less) may become non-compliant while backups with longer SLA configurations (example 24 hours or more) are unlikely to be affected. - RSC users will not be able to trigger on-demand jobs including restores
